Are all the products sold on XBShopper.com Authentic?

All products purchased on XBShopper web portal are genuine and supplied by globally renowned authorized Brands, Boutiques, Authorized Retailers of Brands.

What payment methods can I pay ?

We accept majority of Credit and Debit Cards. Bank account statements will show ‘’Kenndra Trading Ltd"

When can I expect my order to be processed and delivered?

All order are processed within 24 hours of payments receipt. Majority of the delays occurs from the end supplier and customs clearance including transit. We target 7-10 business days for the product to be delivered.

Delivery

You must provide us with complete and accurate delivery address information. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes not only the address that your Order is going to, but also the name of its recipient. We cannot be liable for the delivery of your Order to the wrong address or the wrong person as a result of you supplying us with incomplete or inaccurate information.

All parcels will be delivered by carriers like DHL, DTDC ,Aramex and will require a signature on delivery.Please note that delivery of your Order may take longer during sale or other busy periods.

For products shipped by our Korean brand partners Korea Post will be used. A tracking number will be provided. Korea Post is extremely reliable for its delivery.

Our delivery partners require KYC ( ID Proof ) for delivery to Indian clients. For all Indian retail client deliveries please email cs@xbshopper.com or call 9033000153 for order support.

KYC India : Adhar card should have same address as shipping address. Once the parcel reaches India courier company will send a request for KYC documents.

What is the delivery cost?

XBS offers multiple courier services. Please add the product in the cart and the shipping fees will be displayed. Depending on the courier company charges vary.

Why do I have to pay custom duties?

Any product imported by a consumer or business in India is liable for import duties. XBS offers below two ways of paying duty depending on country of origin

1> DDU : Customer pays duty at arrival.

2> DDP: Customer pays duty at checkout .

For products shipped from South Korea , Korea Post handles the consignments through postal route. Products imported through postal route for personal use usually are exempted of duties below a certain threshold depending on local regulations. Current threshold as per Mumbai Customs is Rs 2000/- or approximately $25 . Goods above this threshold may atttract duties.

What is you refunds and returns policy?

XBShopper will gladly issue a refund or exchange if;

  • The product received by customer has been damaged in transit.
  • Due to health and hygiene reasons beauty products are non returnable.
